- All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and must include valid proof of the issue.
- For custom software development or specialized training programs, refund eligibility may vary depending on the agreement signed before the project begins.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your training registration or subscription by notifying us at least 3 business days prior to the start of the service.
- Cancellations made after the service has commenced are not eligible for refunds.
- Partial cancellations may incur administrative charges depending on the service type and stage of delivery.
